THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GLAMPING, WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

Each property comes with a Heater and an AC or oscillating fan so you can count on being comfortable inside your tent or cabin based on your specific settings. However the tents are made out of canvas, so the weather will fluctuate based on outdoor conditions. Since the weather is significantly warmer in the daytime compared to nighttime, we recommend dressing in layers.
For activities, hiking boots, shorts or pants, and short and long-sleeved shirts are best for summer hiking and biking. For winter, please pack mid-weight to heavy jackets, sweaters, long-sleeved shirts (flannel, fleece, or wool), weather-resistant pants, warm socks, hats, and gloves. Other extras you may want to pack include sunglasses, a camera, and a swimsuit.

Although we pride ourselves in providing high-quality accommodations, we do want to remind guests that this is still an "outdoor experience": coolers are provided to store foods (outdoor grilling will be key for food preparation), weather conditions play a huge role in your experience so please pack and plan accordingly.

WHAT KIND OF WILDLIFE DO YOU HAVE ON THE PROPERTY?

Similar to the rest of the region, one can expect small wildlife, such as rabbits, in the area. Flies do come out in the summer so be prepared! Although you may hear the sounds of coyotes at night, we have never had an encounter with them & or any other "dangerous" wildlife on our grounds. Since we are in the open range, we cannot guarantee what one might encounter while outdoors: bugs, spiders, etc. If this is an area of concern- please contact us and we will do our best to prepare you ahead of time.
