Express Grocery Pick Up Information & Ordering
Since we are located in a small town, restaurants and eating options are very, very limited and tend to close early (most by 8 PM MST).
In our attempt to ensure an easy stay we now provide grocery pick-up options for all of our guests! You order the groceries online prior to your trip & we pick them up, bring them back to the Airbnb, set up the dried goods inside & ice down the cooler with all drinks and items that need refrigeration in the cooler out front. With on-site grocery delivery & setup, you'll have everything you need for your stay already inside your Airbnb for you. Yep, it's as easy as that!

Dried Goods Only, No Iced Cooler Needed

Dried Goods & Iced Down Cooler
Groceries will be picked up & arranged inside your unit. Items that need refrigeration (including drinks) will be iced down in the cooler out front.
Orders that include beer, wine and/or liquor.
Guest must be +21 years old.
Late Order (Within 24hrs of Check-In Day)
Guest must place & send order confirmation to us by 9 AM MST the day of check-in.
Open to exceptions, please message us thru Airbnb & we will do our best to accommodate
*Cabin guests' orders can include refrigerated items that fit inside the mini-fridge; we will arrange those in the mini-fridge at no extra cost.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
$30 Order Minimum: Bee's Marketplace requires a $30 minimum to qualify for grocery pick up. If your order is less than $30, please contact Christina thru Airbnb to see if we can accommodate.
Don't Forget the Ice!: For orders that require refrigeration in the cooler, please remember to purchase ice!
Order Window: Orders can be placed up to 6 days in advance and up to the day of check-in. Guests must send their order confirmation to our email, we will then message you a confirmation.
Pick-Up Window: The order pick-up window must be scheduled for the day of check-in between 10AM-2PM MST. If you prefer a later pick-up window, please contact Christina thru Airbnb before placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate.
Pre-Pay Please: Groceries must be paid-in-full at the time of purchase by the guest prior to pick up. The pick-up fee is a separate charge and paid directly to our team, please see below for details
Store Availability: Orders may change based on in-store availability, we will do our best to inform you of any changes to your order due to store availability.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:
1. Visit Bee's Marketplace to choose your groceries. Orders can be placed 6 days before check-in up to the day before check-in. Any orders placed within 24 hrs of check-in need to be received by 9 AM MST on the day of check in. Keep in mind that there is a $30 minimum to qualify for grocery pick up. If needed, make sure to purchase ice! Liquor, wine and beer can be added to the order for guests 21+
2. After choosing your groceries, you will be prompted to create an account. You will then be taken to the Checkout Page. Make sure the address matches the one in the screenshot below: 1045 S Central Street Colorado City, AZ 86021
3. Next, choose your Pick-Up Window. Please choose between 10AM-12PM MST on the day of your check-in. If you are coming in after 4:00 PM and prefer a later pick-up window, feel free to do so and notify Christina at the time of booking so we can accommodate.
**FOR GUESTS THAT ORDER THE DAY OF CHECK-IN: For last-minute orders, they need to be received by 9AM MST with a pickup window between 10AM-2PM . An additional $15 will be added for last-minute orders.**
4. Next, under CONTACT, please put our phone number (435) 849-8431 as the first contact and your phone number as the alternate. Then input card information. This will be for payment of the groceries only, payment for pick-up will be charged separately.

4. Lastly, input "MYFIRSTORDER" into the PROMO CODE box at check out to waive the $4.99 fee. Then, click "COMPLETE ORDER". We will automatically receive an email with your order confirmation and will message you confirming your order.
FINAL STEP: PAY PICK UP FEE
We do require payment of Pick-Up Fee prior to the day of check-in, preferably at the same time that you place your grocery order.
We accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo & ApplePay. Once we receive your order, we will send a request for payment.
