  • Our tent runs on solar energy. If you leave lights, mattress pads and/or the  AC unit on when you leave, you will risk running out of power!!
  • This area is facing a water shortage crisis. Please always be mindful of your water use. All water on-site is from our well, is potable & is safe to drink.

Wifi Information

Wifi Login: canebedscorral_welcome

Password: cbcguest

Note: Google Home is what provides wifi, if you unplug it, it will turn off your wifi. If you prefer to turn off the Bluetooth Microphone feature on the Google Home, the switch is located underneath the Google Home device

Due to our remote location, WiFi isn't always the strongest. If you are in need of strong WiFi, Bee's Marketplace upstairs lounge & outdoor patio is a great place to work/stream from.

Time Zone: MST

Cane Beds is located in Arizona. However, due to its proximity to the Utah border, most locals use Utah time/Mountain Standard Time. During your time, it's best to change your phone settings to Manual -> MST time that way it doesn't switch as you drive back and forth. Be sure to confirm time zones when scheduling tours.

Bathhouse, Shower & Toilet Information

See Welcome Binder in the tent for a full breakdown.

Things to Note:

The levers for the outdoor sink move up & down to turn on/off.

Toilets are located on the backside of the bathhouse.

A blow dryer in the tent will blow the fuse. PLEASE ONLY USE THE BLOW DRYER PROVIDED AT THE BATHHOUSE.

Please be sure to turn off all lights and close doors fully inside the showers and toilet rooms.

Otherwise, the wind blows them open and dents our doors 😔

If anything needs our attention, please let us know.

AC/Heater Information

AC Unit: Do not run the unit unless you are in the tent. We suggest staying above 68*F  at night and 75*F during the day to prevent burnout. Keep in mind this is still camping, the tent is not insulated and indoor temperatures will drastically depend on outdoor temperatures. Do not leave this unit running when you leave.

Heated Mattress Pad: On cold nights, we recommend using only this through the night- they work great! Preheat 30 min before bed, most guests find anything over 10 very uncomfortable in the middle of the night. We suggest staying between 5-8 this time of year. Do not leave this unit running when you leave.

Propane Heater (only for use during freezing temps): Watch this video before attempting to start the propane heater. The propane tank must be opened beforehand.  Use Med-High to initially heat up the tent, turn to Low once you are comfortable. When running properly, it should be completely quiet when in use.

Keep the unit away from anything that will catch fire. Pay special attention to any linens or clothing that could fall near the unit during the night. Don’t place the unit on the rug. Be cautious and safe and you’ll be comfortable. For increased safety, your tent is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.

We try our best to provide the tools that help ensure a comfortable stay throughout the changing seasons. Please help us in keeping these items in working order by turning off ALL OF THE ABOVE when not in use.

If any of the above is not working properly, please let us know ASAP so we can resolve the issue. You should be 100% comfortable during your stay.
